About Pretreatment

a.      It does not need predry

b.      The proportion of the ingredients in emulsion can be adjusted according to different fiber denier.

c.       Silicone oil immitting: 0.4~0.6%.

d.      Speed of Hot Air ≥ 1.5m/s

 

  Method of Application

(1) Ingredient proportion in emulsion

Silicone Oil: 1  Share  (HY-8881 70 shares HY-8882 20 shares HY-8883 10 shares HY-8884 4 shares)

Water     : 9~18 Shares

(2) Confection (Supposing: Water/ Silicone Oil=90kg: 10.4kg, Emulsion 104kg)

a. Immit 0.4 kg HY-8884 and 90 kg water into the oil trough, then churn it slowly for about 10 minutes.

b. Immit 7 kg HY-8881, 2 kg HY-8882, 1 kg HY-8883 into the trough in turn , then churn it for 20 minutes.

c. Application: the confected emulsion has been ready for using in fiber handling (Impregnating in Oil Through or Sprinkling).

(3) Water percentage in fiber before Torrefaction <10%

(4) Emulsion contained: 8~10%

(5) Organosilicon contained: o.4%-o.6%

(6) Torrefaction: 140ºC ~180ºC*10 minutes

(7) Temperature in the Oven:

No.1 area of oven:   150ºC

No.2 and No.3 area of oven:   160ºC

a. Techniques of using oil trough: Silicone Oil should be added in time according to the fiber output.

b. Techniques of Sprinkling

c. Water content of the fiber after Torrefaction : <0.1%

d. Quality Valid: within twelve months, keep sealed.

e. DO NOT MIX WITH ANY ANION AUXILIARY!
